30 DAY EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Caramelo Chains™ offers all of its clients a 30 Day No Hassle exchange and return policy. We keep it really simple. If you are not satisfied with the model you have selected, you can exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days of making your purchase on our online store. 

We offer free shipping to the U.S. and Canada with an international shipping option at $99.99. Any shipping costs for items being exchanged or returned that were purchased from www.CarameloChains.com are the responsibility of the customer. Any bracelets or chain necklaces being exchanged or returned to www.CarameloChains.com must be in their original condition. More specifically, bracelets and chains purchased on www.CarameloChains.com that are submitted to be exchanged or returned will be reviewed by our jewelry professionals.

All of the Caramelo Chains™ models are robust link chain designs that cannot easily be resized by any jeweler. Any modifications to the purchased bracelet(s) or chain(s) at www.CarameloChains.com (i.e. link removal, link modification, Caramelo clasp closure removal, Caramelo Clasp modification) can and will void the bracelet(s) or chain necklace(s) lifetime warranty. All of our bracelets and chain necklaces are made-to-order as per the requested length, width and color finish. Although; a professional jeweler may be capable of modifying the bracelets or chains necklaces purchased in our online store, we DO NOT recommend it.

Caramelo Chains™ jewelers understand the importance of every element found in our bracelets and chain necklaces. The latter, may not be appreciated by other jewelers, which could lead to a failure in the bracelets and chain necklaces' durability and overall lifetime functionality. 

Approval for an exchange or return will be determined by the following criteria:

• Bracelet or chain necklace is in its original condition
• Bracelet or chain necklace has not been modified
• Bracelet or chain necklace has not been resized

BRACELET OF CHAIN SIZING:

If you order the incorrect size, want to change color and exchange or are simply not happy you can return the bracelet(s) or chain(s) within 30 days with no added fees besides shipping. Simply contact our customer support team and they can start the process for you right away.

We always stress the importance of selecting the precise measurements for your new bracelet or chain. You can measure your current jewelry length  like a watch or bracelet to make sure you have the perfect size. In terms of the chain link width that is always a personal preference.
